Home groups provide an opportunity for us to get to know people better, to learn together and to pray and support one another. We meet every week, except for the last week in the month which is usually an all church prayer meeting. We have three groups, one based in North Bradley, one in Trowbridge and the other in Melksham.
Currently, our home groups take place on Zoom, although that may change depending on the COVID situation. A typical evening would involve chatting and prayer. We also spend some time discussing questions that help us talk through and apply the passage from Sunday morning. It’s our aim that our home groups enable deeper friendships to form and become places we can open up and share and help each other follow Jesus better. They often also become the first port of call when we are reaching out for help.
