During the morning’s service we read Exodus 31 which concerns the artists and craftsmen who were to be given the commission to build the place of worship at the time of Moses. The challenge they, and we face is to take God’s commandments, and turn them into the practical reality of life. To do this they, and we have to navigate a difficult channel in dependance on God the Spirit, the channel between Inspiration and Interpretation.
